Raspberry Vinaigrette (oil-free)

This vinaigrette brings the pleasant sweetness and freshness in addition to the usual acidity. The raspberry vinaigrette can be combined with a wide variety of salads, but especially with lamb's lettuce for a nice, fruity summer salad with berries or other fruit. The dressing is oil-free.
- 8 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 7 tbsp Agave syrup
- 2 tbsp Water
- Salt
- Pepper
Toppings as required
- Raspberries or other berries or fruit
- Oil seeds (e.g. sunflower or pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, etc.)
Combine raspberry vinegar, agave syrup and water with a spoon in a small bowl
Taste dressing with salt and pepper and add to the salad
- The dressing is especially delicious with lamb's lettuce and I like to add fruits (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, oranges, etc.)
- The amount is enough for 4 servings for a medium to large salad bowl for 4 people as a side dish or appetizer
