Agave syrup mustard dressing

This recipe is the vegan version of the well-known honey mustard dressing. Here is honey completely removed and the agave syrup brings the desired sweetness instead. The recipe is super quick and easy to prepare and tastes very delicious with all types of salads. Plus, it is free of oil.
Course Dressing, salad, side dish
- 3 tbsp medium hot mustard
- 6 tbsp Agave syrup
- 2 tbsp Water
- Salt
- Pepper
Toppings as required
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Peppers, etc.
- Oilseeds ( the seeds of sunflower, pumpkin, pine)
Extra
- Lettuce (e.g. romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce or head lettuce, etc.)
Combine mustard, agave syrup and water in a small bowl
Taste Dressing with salt and pepper and add to the salad
- The dressing can be combined very well with all types of salads
- The amount is enough for 4 servings for a medium to large salad bowl for 4 people as a side dish or appetizer
