You probably also know the classic honey-mustard dressing that goes with every salad and tastes good to everyone. Only this recipe is vegan and does not use honey. Nevertheless, the agave syrup, also called agave syrup, brings the desired sweetness as a contrast to the hot mustard.

Ingredients

  • Medium hot mustard: A medium hot mustard is the best for this recipe as it brings the right amount of spiciness. Mustard that is too spicy would need to be mixed with more agave syrup, and mustard that is too sweet takes away from the pep of the dressing.
  • Agave syrup: Agave syrup, or also called agave syrup, takes some of the heat out of the mustard and makes the dressing super tasty. Alternatively, you can also use maple syrup.
  • Water: The water also takes some of the spiciness out of the mustard and provides the right consistency for the dressing. The thinner or thicker you like it, the less or more water you can add.

Preparation

  • Combine mustard, agave syrup and water with a spoon in a small bowl
  • Taste dressing with salt and pepper and add to the salad

Have fun preparing it!
