Let me show you vegan recipes, true to the motto “just chic”, and show you a life without animal products.
Some time ago, due to a medical diagnosis (hypercholesterolemia), I switched from a mixed diet to vegan within 1.5 weeks. This was the best thing that could happen to me! Since the change, I feel fit, energetic, balanced and my taste buds feel a daily explosion of flavors.
That’s why I want to share my passion for whole plant-based food and provide my own recipe creations with you.
Quick, only as many ingredients as needed, tasty for everyone in the family and healthy is what the meal should be. Through my own daily life, I know too well how user-friendly, family-friendly and simple recipes should be. I keep all of this in mind when creating recipes and want to bring you the joy of cooking and baking.
During my conversion to veganism, I had to realize for myself how little I had previously thought about everyday products such as flour and oil/fats, vitamin contents and the importance of quantity and trace elements. Therefore, I would like to bring self-evident ingredients more into focus to better pave the way to healthier eating. I would like to take you on this journey and hope you enjoy cooking with me.
